The bid process required engineers to translate complex technical proposals into a format that procurement could read. The translation step lost signal and took days.
We built a collaborative editor with inline requirement links, evidence blocks, and a review lane for non-technical reviewers. The act of filling it out is the translation.
Bid cycle time dropped 40%. More importantly, the authors stopped dreading it — the file is now where the thinking happens, not where it gets laundered.
