The team had a triage bottleneck and an existing ticket flow in Slack. Every previous attempt to route incidents had added a new interface; every one of them had been abandoned within a quarter.

Rather than introducing a new tool, we extended the channel itself. A bot reads the thread, proposes a triage call inline, and escalates only when a human disagrees. No app, no dashboard, no training.

Median time-to-triage dropped from 22 minutes to 4. The interface people kept using was the one they already used. That is the point.
